Refunds and cancelling

The short version: cancel whenever you like, and if something went wrong, write to us and we will sort it out.

Cancelling

Every plan renews monthly until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time. You keep the plan until the end of the period you have paid for. Subscriptions bought through Apple are cancelled in your Apple account settings; those bought in a browser are cancelled from your account page.

The trial

Fourteen days with every feature. Cancel before it ends and you are not charged at all. We ask for a card up front so a lesson on day fifteen does not stop halfway through; cancelling takes one tap and we send a reminder before it converts.

Refunds

If you were charged for a period you did not mean to renew, tell us and we will refund it. If the product did not work and we could not fix it, tell us and we will refund it. We do not require a reason beyond that, and we would rather give the money back than argue with a tutor.

Purchases made through Apple are refunded by Apple, not by us: use reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot process those ourselves, though we will help you with the request.

Your work

Cancelling never deletes anything on your own computer. Export your books as PDFs whenever you like, before or after.
